Australan Specialist Nurses offer comprehensive nursing assessments for people with complex needs. Our clinical nurse consultants offer assessments to optimise care and comfort, promote dignity and quality of life.
Comprehensive nursing assessments are suitable for people with multiple care needs, such as incontinence, tube feeding, suctioning, oxygen, seizure management or skin integrity management. A holistic approach to assessment will encompass physical, behavioural, medical, social, and emotional needs. A report can be provided for NDIS to advocate for appropriate consumables, services and supports.
Education and care plans can also be provided to ensure safe and appropriate care at home, school, childcare or supported living facilities.
